September 29, 2025

The NanoOddLAB was proud to participate to the 2025 edition of the European Researchers’ night.

The European Researchers’ Night (ERN) is a yearly, EU-promoted public event held on the last Friday of September. It connects researchers and the public through engaging, interactive activities like workshops, science shows, and experiments. The ERN’s goals are to make research more accessible, promote science careers to young people and their families, and demonstrate the relevance of scientific work to everyday life.

Under the leadership of Dr. Marta Sanz, the group prepared several props and experiment-explaining concepts like nanoscale, light-matter interactions, lithography, and much more!!! We all lost our voices (especially Pau), but it was an amazing day of science in the iconic plaza Pombo, and Cantabria contributed with a beautiful sunny day.

Kudos to the whole team!

We’ll be back in 2026!
