Prof. Scarabelli invited talk at ACS Spring 2026

May 1, 2026

We’re happy to share that Prof. Scarabelli recently took part in the ACS Spring 2026 Meeting & Exposition in Atlanta (March 22–26), one of the key international events for the chemistry community.

He contributed to the symposium “2026 Dong Qin ACS Award in Nanochemistry: Symposium in Honor of Luis Liz-Marzán: Assembly and Patterning,” organized by Prof. Jorge Perez-Juste (UVigo) and Prof. Yadong Yi (UC Irvine), celebrating Luis Liz-Marzán as the first recipient of this award.

During his talk, Leo presented some of the latest work from NanoOddLab, highlighting recent advances in the use of catecholamine polymers for the scalable fabrication of plasmonic substrates with nanometric precision — with a paper coming soon.

The event also included a dinner in honor of the awardee, where colleagues and collaborators had the chance to celebrate together.
